Shipping policy
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs as calculated by Shopify's Shipping service.
Damaged Items: as of 12/7/2021 I no longer provide replacements or refunds for items damaged in shipping. If an item arrives damaged in transit, you may file a claim with USPS to receive a reimbursement for the value of your item.
I take the utmost care to package all ceramics as safely and securely as possible: all items are bubble wrapped, double wrapped in thick kraft paper, buried in biodegradable packing peanuts, and packaged in a sturdy thick cardboard box. With the enormous cost of shipping material as well as labor and time to package all items, I am no longer able to provide refunds or replacements for broken items. Reimbursements may be pursued through the shipping carrier.
